Sami works with teen girls on overcoming anxiety and building self confidence. She is the host of The Teen Life Coach Podcast and has a private coaching practice where she works individually with teenage girls. She is on a mission to teach teen girls all the knowledge she wishes she had growing up.

Rachelle strongly believes that the journey towards a balanced life and extraordinary results starts with self discovery. Emma is the founder of ‘Coach Emma Marie | Your College Coach’. She has a combination of over 7+ years of experience in college admissions and coaching young adults through life’s transitions. During her free time, you can find her planning another travel venture, drinking cold brew while catching up with a friend, or at her local Cycling Studio.
Marnie Marmet
Marnie has been interested in health and wellness from a young age. Before she became an Integrative Health Practitioner, she was (and still is) an entrepreneur, wife and mother of three teenagers. These include an Integrative Health Practitioner certification (Level 1 and 2), a Holistic Health Coach certification, a 230 hour yoga teacher training, a Yoga Calm® teacher certification in addition to a gut health training and a mindfulness/meditation training. Combining all of her knowledge and passion, Marnie founded Zenful Life Coaching as a way of changing lives using a powerful combination of integrative health, yoga and health coaching.
Sara Blanchard & Misasha Suzuki Graham
Sara Blanchard & Misasha Graham are both biracial, White and Japanese daughters of immigrants who met 25 years ago as undergrads at Harvard, and are now the co-hosts of Dear White Women, an award-winning weekly social justice podcast dedicated to helping White women use their privilege to uproot systemic racism. Misasha is an accomplished attorney and DEI advocate who is married to a Black man and has very mixed race young boys; Sara is a life coach and facilitator who is married to a White Canadian man with White-presenting daughters. Together they bring a heart-led approach to focusing on how people can make change in their small spheres of influence so that all of us can at some point be safe - and not only safe, but thriving.

She has marketed & produced 30k person music festivals, 45-city national music tours & multiple genre-spanning album releases. She is a partner at The Big Quiet, a modern meditation company that hosts mass meditation & music experiences at the most iconic places in the world. She is also meditation teacher, teaching ancient practices of meditation through a modern & approachable lens, creating access for the next generation.

As a health and wellness coach, she is passionate about helping women make real changes so that they can thrive, feel their best and live their best life.

Audra earned her master’s in Communication Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder. Currently, Audra teaches Public Speaking, Rhetorical Thinking, and Professional Communication; all of which fuel her commitment to using communication as a tool for collective change and personal evolution. Audra uses her unique skillset and communication knowledge to collaboratively problem solve organizational and individual public speaking engagements.

Erin is a Confidence Coach for teen and tween girls. Through keynotes, workshops and her FIERCE GIRLS membership program she teaches habits and attitudes girls need to overcome insecurity, and create a life they love, in order to make their unique brand of “good trouble” to change the world!

Justine Carino is a licensed mental health counselor with a private practice in White Plains, NY. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. Justine also has a podcast called “Thoughts from the Couch” which can be found on Apple, Spotify and Amazon. Justine uses both cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and family systems techniques to support her clients in making changes they want to see in themselves and their relationships.

Formally trained with 1,000+ hours in Tibetan Buddhism, Yin Yoga and Chinese Medicine, Sound and Energy Healing, and creatively expressed through dance and writing, Sam shares practices of gentle movement of mind + body that invite us to connect to the tender strength to share ourselves fully.
Kali Basman
Kali is a Buddhist Meditator, Yin Yoga teacher, rockclimber, and an ardent visitor of natural hot springs. You can find her on road trips in her Van named June Bug, or teaching about how to move through grief and heartbreak to the other side, which is wisdom and compassion.
